Jon is very kind & professional. He came for a inspection then patiently explained our options & the process of making a claim. His crew did a thorough job and finished in one day. We were also impressed with the walk-around just to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. It still looks solid after a couple of years and a few wild East Texas storms.
